The Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity recently recognized Declarative as one of 100 Companies Championing Women for 2024.
This official, state-wide distinction highlights the stories of 100 Utah companies and organizations that offer family-friendly policies and practices, as well as women-specific initiatives known to impact the recruiting, hiring, retaining, and advancement of women employees, managers, and leaders. The award is a part of the Inspire In Utah effort, an initiative to support women entrepreneurs and women in the workplace at every level.
Declarative was recognized for its leadership in providing a modern, dynamic, and supportive culture and benefits, including time and location flexibility, part-time professional roles, and paid family leave with moderated transition back to work.
